All of Tara Bella?s vintages are aged in French oak for about 24 months, and then bottle aged for a few more. There?s no blending there: every bottle is 100% Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon! Rich and Tara Minnick literally take it from the bud to the bottle. They hand number and hand wax every bottle. Tara Bella?s total production is around 300-500 cases. The rich plum color of this wine dances into ruby edges. The distinct aroma of blackberries mingles with vanilla and a charming mention of violets. Ripe fruit punctuates the uniquely integrated fl avor that includes molasses and sweet oak.  This wine exhibits outstanding tannic structure and is beautifully balanced.
